Others have made a transition to business before joining the academic environment from which they bring their experience of the professional environment. This professionalizing touch is reinforced by a large steering wheel of teachers working in the business world, providing around 20% of the volume of teaching, in particular those relating to professionalization.

ESB teachers are also recognized for their commitment and the quality of the support they provide to their students. Their pedagogy is based on case studies and projects, in particular cross-disciplinary projects that make it possible to link the different knowledge acquired to solve real business problems.

Teachers are the beating heart of the school; they are structured within the matrix organization of the Director of Studies. This includes heads of departments to bring together teachers from each discipline family and organize their joint work, and training managers to manage these as close as possible to students and teachers. This allows a clear sharing of the responsibilities of each entity, as well as a better internal fluidity between them, so that each teacher can be involved in the strategic decisions of the school.
