The professionalization of students is the primary goal of all ESB training courses.

The professionalization of students is the primary goal of all Esprit School of Business training courses. To this end, ESB deploys all the resources at its disposal while keeping its active pedagogy at the vanguard of its educational philosophy. ESB’s active pedegogy is designed with one purpose in mind – to equip the students with a useful set of practical skills (e.g. problem-solving skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication skills, superior technical skills among others) through working on hands-on projects inspired by the reality of the business world.

Professionalization is further buttressed through internships and regular visits to companies as well as the direct involvement of a plethora of seasoned professionals in Esprit School of Business courses (20% of the courses are taught by them). Furthermore, at the ouset of their training, Esprit School of Business students will be prepared for professional project buliding through co-constructed training.

Our business partners

Internships

Students are strongly encouraged to put into practice the skills they acquire in their university courses as well as in internships, mandatory and voluntary alike. They thus have the opportunity to do a minimum of one to two-month internships. At the end of their study, some of the training courses provide for a 14-week to a 6-month final year internship in a company.

Jobs

We train tomorrow’s managers and marketers! Each year, new graduates are ready to enter the job market as serious contenders for gainful jobs in companies involved in digital transformation and digital management. In this regard, only six months after graduation, the first ESB graduates ever (2018) reached an astonishing employability rate of 83%.

Partnerships

ESB is open to all partnership opportunities with companies. We are currently collaborating with more than 100 economic players in Tunisia, operating in different sectors (consulting, banking, insurance, distribution, industry, telecommunications, IT, etc.). This collaboration is multifaceted – whether for hiring our internship students and facilitating their company visits or through the contribution of their professionals to our training or our joint organization of forums and events as well as collaboration in all other subjects of common interest.

Co-construction of training

Depending on the needs of companies, we are available to collaborate in specific, graduate or certifying training programs relevant to the ESB areas of competence . Some of our Master’s courses are already offered in "work-study" mode in partnership with companies. Others will follow suit soon.

Company visits

Company visits awaken students to the reality of the business world. Generally, students choose their internship during company visits. Each year, we make sure to organize a student-professional exchange program in a real professional setting.

Work-study Programs

Work-study programs constitute a new essential framework for professionalization, which reverses the paradigm of the training / employment relationship. The employability of graduates is no longer an issue, since learners are recruited even before they graduate, the company pays their tuition fees, and arranges their working time to allow them to study. For its part, the school has adopted the time and duration of learning, the benefits of which are assessed jointly- by the school and the company.

Seminars

Seminars are an integral part of the training and thus play a major role in anchoring our students to general knowledge and company culture. To this end, ESB hosts conferences where seasoned professional speakers give insightful and relevant speeches and presentations.
