We study the ins and outs of different theories, notably those relating to social exchange, the psychological contract, and perceived organizational support. We focus on work recognition and variable pay practices, and measure their impact on several dimensions such as organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviors, the evolution of employment relations, spirituality at work, and work performance. In addition, we look at the specificities of the careers of IT engineers and the management of nursing staff.
We study the ins and outs of emotional intelligence and social innovation. We focus on their impact on social entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurship.
