Governance

In accordance with Tunisian legislation on private higher education, ESB is a public limited company with a Board of Directors, the supreme decision-making body, which elects its President as well as the General Director.
The school is currently organized into a Directorate General, two directorates and several departments. Councils and Committees allow the whole structure to function harmoniously.

Scientific Council

Consultative body for reflection on the academic and scientific orientations of the school (under construction).

Deanery of the Teaching Staff

He/She is in charge of the management of the teaching staff on the academic and career levels. In particular, he/she manages the training of trainers and partnership research, ensures the annual interviews and supervises the evaluation of lessons.

CRP Recruitment & Promotion Commission

It organizes recruitment and promotion contests for teachers, composes juries, and draws up its recommendations in the light of their reports and the law on managers drawn up by General Management.

Management Committee – Co-Dir

Operational body regularly bringing together the CEO, the DS, the FM and the Dean of the teaching staff to take the decisions to be implemented day by day within the framework of the deployment of the school policy. Invited to their meetings, in view of their agenda, officials likely to inform the discussions.

Cross-functional Services

For the moment, four cross-functional departments are under the direct supervision of the General Management (via CoDir) :
- International Relations
- Communication
- Information Technology
- Student

Comité des Études - CdE

Operational body, bringing together under the leadership of the Director of Studies and Internships those responsible for training and departments, as well as the person responsible for education and that of internships, in order to ensure the smooth running of lessons and assessments, can be invited to their meetings, in view of their agenda, any person likely to inform the debates.
