Vision

ESB a pour ambition de devenir l’école de business de référence en Afrique dans la formation de talents managériaux innovants et agiles qui seront les acteurs du changement de demain contribuant à un monde plus durable, plus résilient, plus prospère et plus responsable.

Mission

Dans un monde en perpétuelle mutation, ESB a pour mission d’inspirer et d’accompagner des managers et des décideurs opérationnels et responsables tout en révélant leurs talents managériaux et leurs compétences tout au long de la vie pour qu’ils puissent devenir les initiateurs du changement et de la transformation digitale des entreprises et des organisations.
