The Bachelor in Management Sciences offers general training through the construction of a common foundation of knowledge in Management Sciences, skills and general culture. In addition to the acquisition of a set of prerequisites including Accounting, Mathematics, Law, the main management specialties are also addressed (Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Marketing, etc.) in the second and third year.
The Bachelor in Management Sciences extends over 6 semesters; the first two constitute the Common Core. At the end of the second semester, students can either choose the accounting course or continue the third and fourth semesters in the common core, to choose at the end of the fourth semester one of the specialty courses in management sciences.
For students who have chosen to pursue the Bachelor in Management Sciences, semesters 3 and 4 are reserved for initiation to the different management specialties.
The Bachelor comes in a specialization, after a common core, within the framework of a course currently offered :
The issuance of the diploma is also subject to obtaining the B2 level in French and English.
This course offers to its students a specialized training in the fields of accounting, taxation, audit and internal control, and management control. It aims to provide learners with the necessary skills that would allow them to be operational and to contribute to the development of the profession in this area.
The Bachelor in Management Science – Accounting course is organized into 2 semesters of core curriculum and 4 semesters of specialization in Accounting Sciences.
This course offers a deepening in the different areas of Management including Strategic Management, Information Systems Management, Quality Management, Innovation and Project Management as well as Change Management and Digital Transformation. These management specialties are not only treated through a conceptual approach but also from a technical angle relying on digital tools and digital applications.
The Bachelor in Management Science – Management course is organized into 4 semesters of core curriculum and 2 semesters of specialization in Management.
This Bachelor is intended for bachelors, in Economics and Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Experimental Sciences, Technology and any equivalent diploma after an entrance examination.
Admission to L2 & L3 is possible for students whose files have been validated by the Scientific Council and who have successfully passed the tests of the ESB entrance examination.
The registration fees corresponding to a price list are payable in two installments: a first fee at registration and a second fee before January 15 of the following year.

ESB offers to its students of the Bachelor in Management Sciences – Accounting path the opportunity to benefit from an international mobility program (1 or 2 exchange semesters) and to obtain a double diploma thanks to its partnership network.
Dual degree course (2 years at ESB and 1 year I ’lMT-BS) to obtain :
The Bachelor of Management Science from ESB and the Bachelor Management or Information Technologies from IMT-BS.
One semester of mobility (semester 5) as part of the program: Manage and explore international horizons (global issues and African perspectives)
Dual degree course (2 years at ESB and 2 years at Emlyon) to obtain :
The Bachelor + The first year of Master of ESB and the Global BBA of EM Lyon (baccalaureate+4 level)
Dual degree course (2 years at ESB and 1 year at MBS) to obtain :
The Bachelor + 1st year of Master of ESB and The BIBA, Bachelor of International Business Administration.
